Good morning, ladies
Having a tough time with feeling motivated this week

I am on Stabilization, and any deviation from plan seems to affect my weight...not the items I am adding, just "life." Unexpected out to eats, etc...It is even more critical now that I do things right daily, and that is hard.
Anyone know how many menus make up "Stabilization?" Crap, I am worried I may be on menu #1 forever! LOL
My WI is tomorrow, and my fingers are just crossed that I am back to my Stabilization weight so I can move on to the next step...doesn't help that my TOM is coming in less than a week, so dealing with water retention and bloating I am sure. I know..."poor Tami" haha That is what this is for, right? I need a little extra support ladies!!
Oh, and by the way...I don't know about anyone else, but I have decided that I don't like "Metaquick Days".....hungry on those and don't like being hungry!
