Sorry I've been totally slacking with the checking in...but I've been staying on plan and that is something at least!
My official weight today was 185.2lbs so I don't think I'll make the 170's by next Wednesday but here's hoping! LOL We're joining a new gym this week which will help I'm sure and DH is going to help train me. He's a lean machine!
I bought some new size 14 jeans and shorts last week and they're already getting too big. It seems like this wieght loss journey is so effortless this time compared to previous attempts. Obviously I was ready! My dad has also lost 103 lbs...amazing! He's just eating well and working out. No fixed program for him and he's lost all that since his 60th birthday in February!
All's well and I hope everyone is doing great and enjoying the wonderful weather.

ps...I came home on June 11 to head out camping and my DH had bought me a new bicycle! So we rode around the campground and such that weekend. I hadn't ridden a bike in about 20 years! How fun!

DO NOT GIVE UP! LouisaH is totally right! keep moving, it all counts. Have you tried a "Netti Pot" my husband swears by it for his allergies. You can get one inexpensive at Walgreens. He uses it everynight, and has had much improvement in coughing/congestion. Hugs, sweetie!
No worries for me though. Once I get back home, I'll be 100% back on board with what I was doing before I left. I'm getting tired of eating out and feeling so bloated all the time! I'm curious to see how quickly my weight will come back down once I'm home. I'm sure half my weight gain is bloat weight from eating out so much.
