Hi Ladies, been a little busy but I`m still in the race.
Holly- I am so sorry, there is no greater pain than the loss of a child. I never want to experience it, but being a mom you tend to think of your own children... that pain you feel deep in your chest when you hear of a terrible tragedy.... I can only imagine that pain stays forever when you lose a child. My heart goes out to you and your husband, and the family. They will need all the support they can get.
Lisa- Welcome! Sounds like you`re on a good plan thats working for you. I`m almost 5'8 and have a larger frame too, so I know exactly what you`re saying. I know when I was 180 I looked a lot less than that, so I`m aiming for a 70 pound loss that`ll put me around 157. I prefer curves to being really thin!
IAMALOSER- Pretty much I`m doing the same as Gray, low calories, I exercise every day, changed some things that were terribly bad habits... like switched from soda to water (I barely have one or 2 diet cokes a day, you start to love the water!) No more snacking at night. Just eating better and less, and moving more.
Susie- I didn`t get to post yesterday and felt a little out of sort... it`s good therapy for me to come here I guess. Keeps me honest with myself, keeps me motivated.
Gray- We both made it!! I weighed in yesterday, 215!!! Yay us!!!
Aren`t you glad you stuck out the sticky needle?! You are doing great! You kept going, worked harder and it is paying off big time!
