    1/18: I weighed, but can't remember what is was, It was higher than yesterday though

  • I skipped several days because I sensed that I was about to turn it around and I didn't want a discouraging scale number to halt my progress. It worked! This time...that's always a risky strategy for me. So, back at it.

    9: 85.95 (stir-fry for supper last night)

    11: 85.8 (lower than last post-stir-fry weight!)

  • I'm back after a 4.5 month hiatus due to a lot of mental health problems. I had gained about 15 pounds back but over the last 3 weeks I dropped almost 12 pounds after having my tonsils removed. I want to maintain that momentum so now that I'm mostly able to eat solids again I've decided it's a great time to get back on track with eating healthier.

    I'm mentally preparing myself for the fact that I may put weight back on in the next coupe days because of dehydration and I'm just now adjusting to solids again. But things should even out over the next week. Also it might be TOM time too. Not sure anymore because everything is haywire after I had an IUD placed in November. I can't wait for that to start balancing out.

  • Welcome back Leah - I'm glad to see you back. I also came back after a hiatus. Everyone here is just as nice as I remember from last year.

    Today I went over 20 lb lost (since i started in Dec.) and went under 300 lb weight!
    Today I have orientation at my new job; please wish me good luck!
