    well, I'm back from holiday and this week's weigh in is (drumroll please)

    186 / +1 / 187

    I'm actually really happy with this, as the food that we ate while away was extraordinarily good (why oh why do I live on THIS SIDE of the Atlantic!?) but, yes, 1lb up, which I'm guessing will come off pretty swiftly now I'm back into the swing of things, is no big deal. Could have been MUCH worse, and I had a great time and didn't worry about what I could and couldn't eat.

    Ah well, onwards and - er - downwards!!

  • The last few weeks have been crazy. I thought I updated last week but now I don't see it. Hummm...

    going back through the posts it looks like my last weigh in was 156 so...

    I traveled with work and then got a horrible stomach bug over the last few weeks. The good news about the stomach bug is that it gave me the push I needed to cut Soda out of my diet. I havn't had any pop for nearly 2 weeks!!

    somehow after a long weekend away with a few dinners out and some drinking I managed to save my losses. I guess making as many good decisions as I was able while still allowing myself to have a good time with others payed off.
  • Not a good weigh in....kids have been sick- lots of eating on the run/out....Yesterday I was only up .6 this morning ....
