    This week: Mar18 = 226lb Out of town for three days, eating at restaurants with a groupd of friends... just glad the damage wasn't worse!
    Still walking an average of 3 miles every other day. Even got up early one day these weekend before the rest of the group to go out walking!

  • Ugh, Easter is 6 weeks away? I need to get refocused! I have been getting frustrated about my weight bouncing all over the place in the last month, but I guess this month has really been my first real "stall". In the grand scheme of things, I will remind myself this could be worse - I'm still down 3 pounds today from where I was this time last month, and even if that's not the same rate I had been losing at before, it's still down and that's the important thing. I will try to just focus on getting 100% back on plan eating wise... I've still been doing really well on exercise, but I've been eating more and more junk food the last few weeks, and as we all know that really helps keep the pounds from going away. Bad me!

    I feel like I've gotten overly complacent recently with hitting my halfway to goal point, but I need to remember how much better losing even more weight will be! You should all feel free to join me in kicking my butt if I don't get myself back on plan, too.

    I didn't quite manage to get my spring activity goal done because the route I thought was 2 miles turned out to be 1.5... Oops. But I can do that in 20 minutes now, which is still an improvement for me. Time to keep working!

    I'd love to join this thread :-) I'd like to be down to 160 point something by good friday. I've been doing well so far, last week's weigh-in I was up .2lbs but I sneaked a peek at the scale this morning and I'm down again, several lbs! Official WI is Sunday so we'll see how it goes.

    Anyways, good luck ladies and have a great, OP day! :-)

  • Cant believe I have lost 30 pounds on this challenge and I am 2 pounds away from my goal I am sure I will be at my goal or pass it next Saturday so Im gonna just see how low I can go after that. It has also been 6 months on my weight loss journey today . Keep up the good work ladies.

    Kaebaka - I feel the same way about the halfway point... I've been losing much slower lately and it's because I've been eating things I really shouldn't at times when I'm not really hungry. Nothing outrageous, but it all adds up, huh? I need to get back on track too! Thanks for the reminder...

    This one is going to be a squeaker for me. My dad died in early February, and the memorial was last weekend. Both weekends were definitely not on plan, as I was out of town and worried more about grieving and spending time with family than about whether I was South Beaching it. However, I'm back on track both with foods and exercise. Here's hoping I can pick up the pace!

    Ah. The scale. How you irritate me right now.

    This is a really good example of why it's good to keep track of other things as well, I guess. I'm only down 2 pounds on the scale from a month ago, but I'm down 6 inches. Still working at getting better about watching what I eat again, so we'll see how this next week goes.

    We're all making great progress though! Starbrite, congratulations on hitting your challenge goal weight! Annieoh, I'm sorry about your dad; losing a parent is really hard. You're making great progress though. Morphomel - normal BMI! That's awesome! Ky30, congrats on your 6 month anniversary of your new you. Madam, definitely looks like you're on a pretty steady downward trend, great job! And Jen, great job on matching your driver's license! My state stopped printing weight a while ago. Lucky me. Rosinante, not sure where you are at the moment but I know that you've been working hard on refocusing and dealing with a lot as well. Keep strong!
