I made it through last nights gathering without having pizza!!! .... or brownies, or cookies, ....... I had 2 plates of salad (with oil and vinegar) and pineapple. I am so proud of myself! I CAN DO THIS!!!! Thank you all for your help and tips. I decided it was up to me if I really want to lose this weight and each positive decision, no matter how easy or hard, is going to help me get there.I weigh in tomorrow for the first time so I will let you know if my choices paid off. I also have food instruction tomorrow so I am excited for that.

Salt is a big thing for me too.. I hold water like crazy.. My Martha Stewart friend is skinny minny... She could stand to gain weight.. I'm not sure how she eats like that and is still skinny.. Wish I had that metabolism..
