to do body combat today (scared!)
Today is my rest day.....so simply take a 15 minute walk through the neighborhood!
My goal for today is to get a run in no matter what!
TO give it all I got in the gym and not to go off plan!

My goal for today is to get at least 6 hrs of sleep, low sodium intake, and 1 hr of exercise!
30 DS today AND elliptical!
30 DS and 3-5 mile walk, hopefully it won't rain.
To write down my calorie choices and avoid buying unhealthy foods for tomorrow's car ride.
To run 2-3/4 miles today. No time specific...but to just keep swimming!
