  • to do body combat today (scared!)
  • Today is my rest day.....so simply take a 15 minute walk through the neighborhood!
  • My goal for today is to get a run in no matter what!
  • Drink more water today. Less diet soda.

  • TO give it all I got in the gym and not to go off plan!

  • My goal for today is to get at least 6 hrs of sleep, low sodium intake, and 1 hr of exercise!
  • No freaking out at WI
  • 30 DS today AND elliptical!
  • 30 DS and 3-5 mile walk, hopefully it won't rain.
  • To write down my calorie choices and avoid buying unhealthy foods for tomorrow's car ride.
  • To run 2-3/4 miles today. No time specific...but to just keep swimming!
  • My goal for today is to clean out my closet....No if, ands or buts about it!!!
  • my goal for the day is to make it to the gym and do 30 mins cardio
  • My goals today are to go to spinning class (my 2nd one!) and yoga afterwards (my 3rd one!).
