  • Hi all,

    Had a good mothers day. Ate just a wee bit too much but nothing serious. Having a bit of a plateau week but it is kind of my pattern.

    The big excitement for the day is that I woke up to a mountain lion in my front yard.

    Trying to get myself in gear to loose the last 10. I am much more tempted these days to go off plan. So far so good but the devil is sitting on my shoulder.
  • Don't give up Hiker! If you get off plan now, you won't have to worry about losing the last 10, you'll have to worry about losing the last 20, 30, 40, etc. And we need to move forward not go back. A mountion lion?! Yikes! What did you do?
  • I over ate for mothers day but I have flushed that out and I hope to go down but we will see.

    my sister is pregnant again I hope she doesn't miscarry again
  • I'll pray that her baby is safe.
  • Tomorrow is the start of June! Which would make it three weeks till our challenge ends. How is everyone doing?
  • One pound to go...

    Probably will take at least two weeks to get there but I feel accomplished already.

    Any other summer challengers out there???
  • WTG Hiker! I'm still here and finally getting myself straight. I moved my summer goal to July 4th.
  • I am almost there but I won't be surprised if I don't make it. I lose a few then stall for a month or more so since I have lost 4 pounds I am waiting for the stall.
  • I really hate coming to my mama's house. I love my family but they have SO much crap to eat here! And I'm not strong enough yet to resist.

    Two pounds from now I will get to move that 50 lb weight over at the doctors office. I am psyched about this.

    It will probably take till the end of the month. I tend to loose it all at once. But I am starting to feel my old self again.
  • WOOOT Jen and Hiker! WI was today and I'm at 244.6, a loss of 4.2 lbs this week!
  • Great job Shari. i did awful last night my uncle dropped off a bunch of chips the other day and last night I ate half a bag.......and I mean the big ones....needless to say WATER RETENTION so i need to be OP toaday and drink lots of water to get this sodium out of me. I feel like crap today and I want to eat everything in sight ....that will teach me I hope
