I didn’t eat all that much of it, but it definitely put me over my calorie limit for the day, and the salt probably contributed to water retention. Oh well, at least the scales were tipped in the right direction and I didn’t gain weight.

In fact, the scales show I actually gained ½ pound this week. So, the final tally for me is 5.5 pound lost during the Valentinies Challenge. That’s only about out half of what I aimed for, but every pound lost brings me closer to my goal, and I’m happy with the results. If I hadn’t joined the challenge, I probably would have gained weight.
