Checking in to say hi and update as well. This month is going by so fast!I did a WI this morning and am down exactly 4 lbs! I was 182.8 on the 3rd when I checked in and am 178.8 this morning! My goal was 6.8 lb. loss so I am going for it! So happy things are moving again this month.
I drank my water the past 2 nights and I think that has been helpful. I had slacked off on it a bit and I see it really making a difference.

Nichols I think your doing great! I know how irritating the scale can be but looking at your chart and your start weight to current just about 5 lb loss! Oh I see, it was down more on the 18nth, that will come off again...the scale just likes to play with our heads sometimes! Keep up the great work.

A big hi to everyone else and as always sorry if I missed anyone. It is so inspiring to come in and read your news and see everyone's progress and the sharing of our journeys make it so much more fun!
As for me, no exercise yesterday..cleaning and chores so today I have to squeeze in a workout. We have 9 days left including today! I don't have any plans or events this weekend so taking it through day by day, with that being said, I better move my tush!
