Jenny - my $0.02 would be to go P3. We all know its not dangerous to be fluxing in / out of ketosis but I've read opinions / articles that say it becomes less effective over time. Sounds like you have a boat-load going on
So a couple of you saw my FB post yesterday

- boy is that just the truth though. I had no idea how horrible I was really feeling those last 4 - 6 weeks until now. Regular BM's??? Whodathunk that would be one of the greatest things in my life right now. I've really had to cut back on the Natural Calm - and I know exercising regularly again is also helping.
I found a new P1 friendly, easy crock pot dish, great for work week lunches:
2.5# pork tenderloin
1 extra large rutabaga or 2 medium (P1 need to watch to not go over the 4 cups)
2 chayote squash
Janeva's melt-in-your-mouth pork sauce (modified for extra meat / veggie):
1/2c soy sauce (I use Braggs Amino)
2T dijon mustard
2T olive oil
6T WF pancake syrup
2T (heaping) minced onions
2t onion powder
2t (heaping) garlic powder
mix all the spices / mustard / soy / oil together in a bowl - set aside
Microwave the rutabaga, depending on size, for 8 - 10 minutes - let cool and cube (1/2 - 1 inch)
peel and cube chayote
place veggies in the bottom of the crock pot, place pork loin on top and pour in sauce
cook on low 5 hours / until pork is done
This is very similar to the crock pot recipe
oneuh posted a while back. Had my first helping yesterday at lunch - so easy to prepare and the dijon adds a smoky flavor to the rutabaga that is just wonderful
I will have my first real P4 test this coming Saturday where I have to decide if I want to have my first indulgence meal or not. This had been part of the plan when I phased off, but now, idk. I've made a conscious decision to avoid alcohol at least until after the half marathon (part of the entrance fee is a beer at the end of race

I'll probably need the carbs after at least 2.5 hours of running!)...I had promised a friend we would have a gingerbread beer together but I know she'll understand - she's a runner too
Scale ticked up a bit more this morning - 146.6
but the new size 6 Calvin Kline's I picked up over the weekend fit perfectly

the Banana Republic 8's I have are now officially too large / need a belt
Even if the scale is acting stupid, I know my body is still changing...just need to stay the course, keep feeding it well and keep moving!
