Ishbel- I love that your fiancée is so supportive! It really does make things so much simpler when your support system is on the same page you are. My hubby is finally coming round a bit for our children's sake and is making a concerted effort to make healthier choices... And backing me when I enforce those choices with the kids.
I look forward to phase 4 a lot more now that I know everyone in my family will be on it with me
Maile- I feel much the same as you that IP laid out a very good maintenance plan that works very well... Especially when it is strongly adhered to
Jenny- good for you for holding steady through the tailgating!
I woke up feeling awesome today. I think a full 8 hours sleep really helped. Had a great workout and waiting for the phone man to show up and fix our line. The sun is shining- hopefully the kids & I will be able to go for a walk later when the little man wakes up from his nap... We have to feed the pig. First time having a pig but I'm loving not throwing any food away- it just all goes to her- she loves leftovers.
That is neat about the pig. I followed a blog once of a couple who lost tremendous amounts of weight, he through diet and exercise, she through gastric bypass. Originally Posted by capricious

They bought a hobby farm and ended up doing lots of physical exercise and also raised two pigs at a time. They have a "fun"type day on Sunday and make things they can't eat normally. But they have one serving and everything left after the meal goes to the pigs.So man and beasts all all happy. I thought that was a great maintenance trick.

* I don’t know if I read anything specific about nutrition except for here and another forum I frequent.* And a People Magazine article about someone from Beverly Hills 90210 who lost 30 pounds (Jenny Garth?).*
(awe, I'm mushy today!)
I'm glad I have a tool to balance things out ...
