Cajunladybug- Congrats on the loss so far! Do you use other products from nashua? I've been thinking about ordering more alternatives.. I'm trying to go through the "Alternative products" thread at the moment.
I have some IP packets left, but have also been using alternatives from Nashua and from Wal-Mart/SAMs Club.
From Nashua, I'm using the following: Proti Diet Bacon/Cheddar omelette, Healthsmart Chocolate Chip cookies, Hot cocoa (either proti-thin or proti-diet...I can't remember), Proti-thin Vanilla peanut bars (identical to IP van. peanut bars), proti-thin chocolate caramel delight bars, proti-thin chocolate peanut bars.
I use EAS Carb AdvantEdge Chocolate shakes for a replacement to RTD Chocolate, and the Vanilla as a replacement for Vanilla RTD. They're pretty good. Also there are detour bars that have similar nutritional value to the IP bars, and tastes pretty good.

I have lost 85 lbs since my heaviest weight so this has been a long road. If anyone can give me some advice on how to stay motivated to keep moving forward, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, how hard were the last 10-15 lbs for you to lose?
thank you!
Great work on your weight loss! And definitely hang in there. It can get really hard without a coach to push you on, and as the others have said, the last 10-15 are the hardest. You don't want to lose momentum though, so stick with it. Try different preparation of your veggies (I recently tried the turnip fries for the first time, and LOVED them! And I don't eat turnips). Stick with it...you'll be so glad you did.

I haven't been on there in forever....sorry if you requested me and I haven't seen it.
Jenny....I was the same way about the reboot...couldn't suck it up for P1. The first few days were tough, but if you just take it one day at a time, you'll get through it. And it won't take nearly as long to get below 130 as it took to take your initial weight off. What about doing P1 for like 2 weeks, then going to P2 for a few weeks. You can do anything for 14 days, right? But whatever you decide, you'll look amazing!
Would you mind giving me some more info about this cleanse?
