Hi ladies, well: Saturday did NOT fair well for Spike Day for me. So, I made it for Sunday.
I went out Saturday night to a party, and I will post my food choices--this is another example of
WHAT NOT TO DO, but, hopefully by Wednesday or Thursday, I will see another drop in the scale.
