Hi all.
I'm happy to find this thread and will be reading through it over the next few days. I started IF about a week ago and really enjoy it so far.
I'm hoping it continues to be something that works for me.

Had my lunch... and now I feel like I should be eating a bit more... because it's 4 PM... and I only have four more hours... but I'm not really hungry. I'll wait a bit longer, go to the dressage clinic at the barn a couple blocks away, and maybe have some blueberries or raspberries.
