  • Hello Ladies. I am in desperate need of a new challenge. My husband's graduate school graduation is Memorial day, so this is PERFECT. I have been on a LONG plateau, and need a jump start to get more of this weigh off. My goal is 19 lbs. It is a big goal, but I'm going for it. I have been good today, and did 45 minutes on my rower, and have eaten pretty well. Good luck to all! My weigh in days will be Mondays. (The 169 was from last Monday). Fingers crossed for tomorrow!!

  • I have not had my WI yet, it is not until Friday, but I wanted to check in. I am starting my exercising program tomorrow and of course I am counting points so hopefully I will have lost something by WI.

  • So, here is my weekly update. I weighed in yesterday and am down 2.6 lbs. I don't really know how. I had a terrible week! I had my monthly friend visit. So, apparently my mind took this as I could eat what ever I want not work out! God must have seen how frustrated I was with myself and gave me some bonus points. Anyways, I am on my way and back on track

    I ate to much and exercised to little.. That's the only explonation I have. Will change that this week. At least try
  • Hey ladies!

    Well, I am back after a crazy weekend. I weighed in this morning at 149.4... .2 lbs lower than what I was maintaining last week. I also had a really bad cheat day on Saturday (due to unavoidable circumstances- bridal shower and eating at a friend's house) but I was really strict on plan yesterday (after the scale registered 151.4!), and I drank LOTS of fluids, so I seemed to have dropped some water weight. I am trying to lose at least another pound before Friday because... I am going on a cruise!!! My totally amazing husband surprised me with a 3 night Bahamas cruise. It leaves port on Friday. I could hardly believe it... he's so romantic. I love him Anyways, I have already decided that I want to try and be good on the cruise... stick to smaller portions and leaner foods. I would also love to use their gym, because you get to look right out onto the ocean when on their treadmills I can't wait! I'll keep you ladies posted if I lose anymore this week. I wish you all luck and I hope a successful weight loss week to all of you!!

  • YAY! Everyone is doing so well and checking in, keeping this thread going! I'm so proud of you all! I'm doing okay too. Not exercising yet, but eating pretty decently. The scale was down a bit more. I am about to update me tickers!

  • Could it be the time of the month?.....little moon rabbit? I am struggling this week and WI is tomorrow. I may lose something....but it will be small. I have to stay motivated!
