Hey ladies!
Well, I am back after a crazy weekend. I weighed in this morning at 149.4... .2 lbs lower than what I was maintaining last week. I also had a really bad cheat day on Saturday (due to unavoidable circumstances- bridal shower and eating at a friend's house) but I was really strict on plan yesterday (after the scale registered 151.4!), and I drank LOTS of fluids, so I seemed to have dropped some water weight. I am trying to lose at least another pound before Friday because... I am going on a cruise!!! My totally amazing husband surprised me with a 3 night Bahamas cruise. It leaves port on Friday. I could hardly believe it... he's so romantic. I love him

Anyways, I have already decided that I want to try and be good on the cruise... stick to smaller portions and leaner foods. I would also love to use their gym, because you get to look right out onto the ocean when on their treadmills

I can't wait! I'll keep you ladies posted if I lose anymore this week. I wish you all luck and I hope a successful weight loss week to all of you!!
