I have been reading alot of the posts here the last couple of days and learning alot from your experiences. I did a VLCD about 4 years ago and lost 30 pounds in 3 months. Then my DH had some severe health problems for the next 18 months (we almost lost him 3 times) so my needs came in a very distant second place. Thankfully he is all better now and it is back to me! In the meantime I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure so the weight has got to go in hopes of being much healthier and getting off the meds! My income is rather tight from the DH health issues so I have been doing a plan on my own (insurance will not pay for weight loss programs) with New Lifestyles. My physician will check my levels every 3 months when I go in for routine bloodwork. Thanks to Missy's post, I will be changing my next order and getting my product from Wonder Slim! (thanks again for the help!)

And then I wake up this morning and my weight is up 1.5 lbs. for no reason. I have been POP, so I'm sure it has to be water...but I just didn't need to see that this morning. I know...gee...I'm a real rey of sunshine this morning....NOT!

I'll by sending out hurry up vibes! And just remember, its so short a time, you'll be fine! I sometimes, when out and about and forget my "food" will grab an Atkins shake, or bar. They are really around the same calories and way low in carbs. 
Hope things get better SOON! I hate stomach flu, or food poisening, or anything that makes me throw up! Please stay hydrated! Little, little sips of stuff with electrolytes.
