  • I actually spent 10 minutes on the exercise bike. I only went 2 2/3 miles, but I’m properly exhausted, sweaty, and content.

    Personal Goal : 330 + 10 = 340/600

    Group Goal : 5910 + 10 = 5920
  • Vortex listed the group total as 7065.

    Dogpal added in 178, + 7065 would = 7243

    hippievanlady added 10, so shouldn't it be:

    7243 + 10 = 7253 group total?

    if i'm wrong, please let me know.

    Today I worked out for 40 minutes!
    Team total: 7253+40=7293!! KEEP IT UP,EVERYONE!
  • Alright, back on track without that incessant coughing to slow me down--I have today of from work, and as I was laying on the couch being lazy and flipping through the channels, I found a balance ball cardio workout on tv, so I did the whole 60 minutes of it It was...interesting... but at least it was exercise!

  • I didn't get to add the 50 minutes I did on Saturday....SO...
    7353+50=7403!

  • On Friday I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and yesterday 30 minutes of walking, bringing my total to 420.

    The group total is now 7,443 + 75 = 7,518
  • Hooray for having the day off rom work--I just got back from a 60-minute walk! That brings me to 120 minutes of exercise just for today! I needed toothpicks for the chicken roll-ups I want to make for dinner, so I walked to the second-closest grocery store to my apartment (the first closest was just too close ).

    Personal: 455/900

    Group Total: 60 + 7,518 = 7,578

    Group total: 7578+17=7595
  • . I put in 93 minutes shoveling snow and chopping ice.

  • I just got back from the gym and did 90 minutes of exercise -- 10 min elliptical, 60 min weight training and another 20 min elliptical.

    I can't believe I am starting to get in over 60 min of exercise several days a week!

    Group total ~ 7688 + 90 = 7778 min

    For me, 39 minutes "dance it off"--I did the "hip-hop," latin, and ballet segments along with the warm up and cool down. Of course I was mostly tripping during the latin segment and I keep falling over during the ballet parts, but I can follow a little better each time.

    Group total: 7778 + 39 = 7817

    I like to find ways to see how my performance improves over time in whatever physical activity I'm doing -- whether it's how long I can do it, or intensity or competence!! I think it really helps to pay attention to things like that!!! Plus, it sounds like you're having fun!
