. Enough of this. I'm getting up tomorrow morning and going for my nice walk AND getting on the elliptical to give myself a kick!!!!I haven't exercised in almost a week. I AM getting back OP when I get up tomorrow , NO EXCUSES!!!!!!How's things Rosegarden? (Anyone else around lately?????)

. I'm getting in a walk AND elliptical today just to see if it will help me jump start my metabolism again. I probably only gained 3-4 pounds and I'm guessing some of that is water weight. I'm going to try very hard to be at least the same as what I was last week on my next weigh in.
