  • 40 minutes of Leslie Sansone's Weight Loss Walk DVD this morning.

    On my honor, I will try to do the stability ball tonight! I had a complete loss of self discipline last night. I've been doing OK with making a habit of the aerobic DVDs in the mornings, but darned if I can make strength training a habit!
  • I did a weighted 3 mile powerwalk last night.
  • Last night I finally did my stability ball workout

    This morning, 30 minute Bellydance Slim Down DVD.
  • I did 40 minutes of strength training last night...today is cardio day, plus I am helping to teach 2 hour long dance classes...OUCH.
  • 15 mile bike ride, it was soooo much fun! I can't believe it was really 15 miles, it went by so fast!
  • 60 minutes on the elliptical. I missed 2 days this week, it felt great to get some exercise today!
  • 20 minutes of a pilates video
    50 minutes elliptical
    50 minutes recumbent bike
    20 minutes weights
  • 30 minute Bellydance Slim Down DVD this morning.
  • 30 minutes on the elliptical.

  • 30 minute Bellydance Basic Moves DVD this morning.
  • Have skipped a few days posting my workouts...been busy!

    Last night I did a 3 1/2 mile walk with my husband.
  • 1 hour and 10 minute bike ride (11.3 miles)
  • 30 minute power walk this morning. Finally some bearable weather for exercising outside!
  • This morning I walked 3 miles in 50 minutes pushing my son stroller and as soon as I got home I did tae Bo.
