  • Hi everyone! Glad I found this thread. I just got to onederland yesterday. Now I need to get out of the 190's. taking it one day at a time and trying to make healthy choices.
  • We have to liven-up this thread!! I was posting in it before then went back into the 200's. Now I keep bouncing between 199 and 202...right now I'm at 202, but don't plan on staying here, hoping this thread will help me.
  • Hi all!

    I've been hovering in the 190s for ages, anyone else here too? I figured I would just stop posting as I would be talking to myself! But I'm seeing some movement! At 191 (ish) and on the move! What is everyone else up to? Happy week to all.
  • Well thanks 190s its been real. Wishing you all the best on your journey. <3
  • Routines
    What kind of diet and exercise routines are you folks working with? I'm brand new and looking to escape the 200's. I made it down to 185 for about six months last year but that's the lowest I've been since 2011. I've been floating between 200 and 196 back and forth for the last two or three weeks and this is where I usually end up falling flat. I started at 214 lbs back again a couple months ago when I moved to one of the great lakes. Major lifestyle change, significantly more active, but not specifically exercising. I do yoga 1-2 times per day and walk to work, and essentially my main diet restriction right now is not eating after eight pm and cutting out alcohol. I've lost around 17 lbs. Is this a plateau?
  • Hello 190s. The high 190s is my body's happy weight. I weighed 198 when I got pregnant 9 years ago with my first son and 198 when got pregnant with my second son 13 months later. I am currently at 198 after having a 3 child in 2015. I lost 50 pounds 6 years ago and and maintained until getting pregnant again. I am finally ready to lose again.
    Carlsworth, I recently moved to Wisconsin and find the locals to be way more active than my TN neighbors. You sound like you have reached a plateau.
  • Stuck at 192 :/
    I have been stuck at 192 for almost 2 weeks. How do I jumpstart my weight loss if I'm already plateauing week 5? I still have 42 pounds to go
  • Here I am! 199.6lbs today. I haven't been at this weight since 2 years ago. My fingers are crossed this will be a short visit before I move on to a smaller size.
  • Hello I am 198.6 today so thought I would join this thread. Lots of other milestones for me coming up too: 100# lost in 3.6 more pounds and no longer obese in 7.6 more pounds. So exciting! I am happy to be here even if I still have 39 pounds to lose!
  • Wow, I'm glad I finally found this thread! It feels a bit lonely to not see the related threads for my current state of being.

    I'm here after several yrs ago being a member so this is my 2nd time
    (last here I was getting OT 150s) getting outta the 190s. Hopefully my last
    time in this stretch.

    My modern high wt I'm counting is 196#. I just lost 1# since yesterday. I'm a slim 195 (joking of course. lol) Half way thru the 190s already, with good behavior I might be out before early Oct.

    Best of luck and big cheer for anyone else here working hatd @getting outta this segment of the journey.
  • My scale gave me trouble today but it was stubborn and
    kept giving me the lower of the 2 results I saw. I'm
    believing it also because the first 10 is generally easier,
    water wt. Today ■ 192#.

    Assuming my math isn't in fail, I've just 3# until
    I can join the GMOOT 180s.

    Planning to WO in my gym. hopefully my muscles can
    hack it! 8 more to go to get to the next leg of my journey.
    This is my motivation.
  • 9/12 -> 196
    9/13 -> 192 (water dropping)
    9/14 -> 191

    Woo-hoo. Getting closer.
  • 9/12 -> 196
    9/13 -> 192 (water dropping)
    9/14 -> 191
    9/15 -> 194

    This is the weekend, hopefully I can take it to downward motion again.

    I drank too much tea and water too late. I'm at the mercy of fluctuations with my body fluids and the scale.

    I'm probably not going to update everyday to avoid this frustration. I'msure others would prefer not see it. lol
  • 9/12 -> 196
    9/13 -> 192 (water dropping)
    9/14 -> 191
    9/15 -> 194

    9/19 -> 191

    I'm happy as long as it's lower.
  • 9/12 -> 196
