I saw the number up for the 3rd day in a row when I've been just barely hitting 1100 calories, have had no meat, not much dairy, and constricted my sugar to 3 pieces of low sugar fruit a day and not much else. I've been working out, getting my water, drinking green tea. It pissed me off and I decided to let my plan go on hiatus and went out to breakfast. I made poor choices BUT stopped myself half way and made it as decent as I could. I gave my bacon to my fiance, had wheat toast, only ate 1 of my pancakes. And I didn't let it ruin the rest of my day. I ran around the playground with my son for about 45 minutes, and had a good dinner. I skipped lunch and snacks besides 1 apple due to being full and a tad guilty from breakfast. But one accomplishment I made that I've never made before - taking 1 cheat incident and not turning it into a cheat DAY. I didn't just say oh I'll eat whatever I want today now and get back to it tomorrow. I got back to it right away. So there is something positive that came out of it, and tomorrow is a new day!! 

Nice to see NO 200s this morning!! Although I know tomorrow may not be the same number but it gives me hope!!
