That's great! I wish I were more active when I'm not diving, but it looks like I'll be pretty sedentary for the next 4 weeks until I'm back in the water. It might be time to get back on the exercise bike. I definitely feel better when exercise is a part of my day.Originally Posted by Fishette

For my own NSV yesterday, I pulled a pair of size 8 jeans out of my closet yesterday and was amazed when they actually fit comfortably! Before starting IP, I couldn't even zip them up (if I wanted to be able to breathe, anyway!
).
