Good morning Ladies,
I've been out but not down. I'm still on plan and I'm sure I have lost at least two more pounds. I've kept my calories below 1300 everyday since I last posted. I'm so looking forward to seeing where I am at the end of this challenge.

Ekicna - That's pretty cool. I'm close to being smaller than I was in College which was about 27 years ago. So I know how you feel!!

Laughing - If you are leaving your job because of how it affects you then you will find the stress is not as bad. You will actually be less stressed and better able to focus. Been there done that!!
JD - Stay the course it will get better and the pounds will come off!!
Fruitlady - You are down almost three pounds in a couple days and even if it is water weight it's a loss nevertheless!!
Fit - Nothing like seeing a loss to motivate you...I love it! Keep up the good work.
Corrine - Do the dog on thang!!! That's really cool in the midst of a vacation and TOM!!! I'm near jealous.
Ann - If you have loss then count it as a loss. Each day brings it's own surprises so celebrate what each day brings. YAY 2LBS!!!
Envelope - Congrats on reaching your C25k goal.

Keep getting it in. Even if you don't reach your goal in pounds you have made an accomplishment!!
