Don't be discouraged you'll get it. I think I eat a lot actually and I don't ever feel deprived. Well maybe a little when I want some fries! LOL, but not usually. I think the book recommends 20g on induction. Remember meat and salad are your friend at meals, and for snacks, cheese, pepperoni, cucumbers, dips, celery, porkrinds, and deviled eggs are satisfying. These foods are low to zero carbs! Good luck!
