160's....Calling all of you!

    I am new to this site and still looking for a group where I fit This one sounds like it could be it!
    I am currently trying to lose about 48 lbs, with a short term goal of 25 lbs lost.
    My all time high was last year about this time- at 184 lbs.
    I did a round of HCG and lost 36 lbs.
    Somehow I have managed to gain almost all of that back

    While doing the HCG, I realized that I eat emotionally. I have had a rough past few years and it took me a good 3-4 years to put on the weight.

    I would love to be back in the neighborhood of 120-130s. I Have three children and aside from ballooning while preggo (but quickly getting back into my regular sizes)- weight wasnt really an issue.

    I joined a gym last month, after years of avoiding workouts, so I feel pretty good about that.

    This week I began a two week Cambridge diet in combo with a 28 day cycle of HCG.

    I am hoping to drop 20 lbs this month.

    I weighed today- 172. Thats down 1.3 from my last weigh in. By the end of the week i will be in the upper 160s.
    I seem to get stuck in the 160s and 140s. For some reason my body gets all to comfortable there, lol.

    Maybe I'm a little late getting here? I just joined this morning but this seems to be where I fit in and I haven't seen any posts since 3/21. Anyway, just in case, I just turned 38 on Sunday and I weigh 167 as of this morning. I need to drop 37 lbs! Hopefully we can all support each other.

  • I'm dropping in too. !67 - but I'm not in my thrties, in my 40's - I want to be out of the 160's by month end. I started at 298

  • I am here too! 168 now...thank goodness! Now I gotta try to get out of the 160's by the end of April!
  • I'm finally in too! I didn't want to claim membership until I was sure it wasn't a fluke. 166.6 this morning and holding steady for a few days. I look better than when I started for sure (and I feel SO much better), but still have another 20 to go. I'd like to be booted out of this lovely club by the first week of May. I know from experience that my face shrinks (or expands) around 158-ish and I can't wait to lose these chipmunk cheeks. My pretty cheekbones (if I do say so myself) are still hidden but they are very excited to be revealed again!

    I've got my shoes on and my water bottle filled and I'm off for a 2 hour hike to celebrate my membership in this club! Good luck and cheers to the future 150's!
  • Joining here for support! Doing the paleo diet and hoping it will get me out of the 160s and back to a healthy BMI. 145 is my lowest ever weight since I was like 13, so I am trying to get there again! Good luck to us all!
  • 165.4 today, not bad! I should be back at 161 in no time. Tsk tsk. I could be in the 150s right now had I not binged...but oh well!
  • Hi All, I think that realistically I can join this group. I always weigh myself at the gym, at night, and I'm at 170.5. I am venturing to guess that If I weigh in at home, in the morning, before eating and nekkid (of course), I would see a comforable 168. I'm buying a scale this week to test my hypothesis!
