Hey all! Just wanted to note that I started the October exercise thread!!!! We're making great progress on our goal, but I don't want us to be derailed by the holidays again this year -- we need to keep moving!!!!
Just entering my September minutes. I didn't do quite as many as I'd hoped, but considering I had a few 'hormonal' days when I was too tired to even ATTEMPT exercise, then I suppose I didn't do too badly.
Personal Goal... 1135/2000. Leaving me 65 minutes short for the month.
Okie Dokie, I didn't set a figure to my exercise for this month but I know I didn't do as much as I thought I might. But anyway I need to add 40 minutes to my total for September....
