  • Okay, I am finally back on track - down 2.2 this week. I found out yesterday taht we are going to Vegas over the 4th of July, so that is my new incentive! Hope everyone else had a good one!

  • Can I play too? I'm OP again and oh.. I so love WW! I re-committed myself at the end of December, my son graduates high school in June and I want to look wonderful again. I am currently at the lowest weight since just prior to my divorce six years ago. I would *ultimately* like to get back to 135.. but realistically, 140 is just fine! I'm oh so close!
  • I lost 2.2 this week, too. I was surprised, happily so, but then I immediately started worrying about keeping it off! It was the 5th week of WW at work and I lost 4.6, so that's good. Overall, I'm happy. The pants are looser, I feel better. I keep trying to think of the NSVs. Good luck all!
  • So for me not to weigh in for 3 weeks I did great lol! I lost .6!!! I was so happy I'm making a new tracker that starts me from this weight. I don't need to see where I began cause I just get tired lol. Does that make sense? If I look at the weight starting now I feel like it's fresh and new. I'm going to leave my dancing carrots though lol. I hope you all do good!!

  • I'm up .4 but.. I am still op and back in the saddle after having been bad.. I have also walked 7 miles these past two days.. The goal is just two pounds per week.. I'm workin it!!

    Hi I'm new here... hoping to find some support online! I weigh in on Tuesday evenings and this week I was down 1.4! I'm so happy with that! I have been back and forth now for a while!

    I'm recommitted though and so far this week I'm doing great with staying on program. Writing everything down and staying on track with my points!
  • Up one on my scale at home, but down .2 at work weigh-in, I feel motivated again, it was my TOM week, so I think I'm seeing a bit of a pattern. I can live with it as long as I get back OP right away. good going and good luck everyone! Let's do it!!!!
  • Hi, I'm just joining the website. Been with WW for years off and on and always have had Tuesday weigh-ins. I'm down about 18 lbs so far, but I feel myself slipping. I'm committing again starting now because I have a long way to go before I feel good again. Hope I can be of some support and get some in return, along with some extra accountability outside of the meetings. Good Luck All!!!
  • I'm congratulating myself. 2 days within my pts (thanks to activity pts.) I'm trying to increase the activity. I thought I was doing good 'til I read that you need to work up to 28 pts. a week for maintenance. Of course that's a long way off, but I figure adding little bits now will make it easier later. Everybody keep up the good work and don't quit!
  • I see nobody has reported in yet for Tuesday weigh-ins. Hope its not for the same reason I'm hesitating to report. I was up 2.8 today Oh well, it was my fault. I over ate all week, but I also am retaining water this week and I ate b4 I went which I usually don't do. The good this is that this starts a new week and I intend to fix it.   • Hey everyone! I used my no weigh in pass yesterday lol. I'm back on track but aunt flo came and didn't want to see the + on the scale lol. I gave my notice to my part time job. I need the time to get fully back on track and take care of me. Ever since I had started last Sept. I've slacked big time. BUT at least I maintained and didn't gain the 60 pounds back lmao. I'm really excited about that. I can't wait to see how much I lose next week! Hope everyone is having a fabulous week!
