Hey Redballoon - I have been MIA from this thread for several months. I am ready to live a 21 day commitment and reap the results. So here I go with the following:
1. Maintain WW online points for 21 days
2. Drink 72 oz of water a day
Although I am not counting the following as part of my 21 day challenge, I am also working to eliminate white processed foods for the duration and workout 20 minutes minimum 4 - 5 days a week. I have a bellydancing gig in 3 weeks and I am going to be my best possibility by then.
So far today I had a healthly breakfast (1 egg, LF yogurt, - resisted Krispy Kreme donuts!), chicken breast (threw out the rice) for lunch, 32 oz of my water, and a 20 minute workout to Richard Simmons.
Working to get the other 32 oz down by 5 p.m. Looking forward to getting support from all of you and you can count on me for support for your challenges as well.
