Yep it is. Stayed the same, need to stick to it like glue next week. According to the SW website it will now take me until the 13th December to reach my goal weight, think summer 2005 is much realistic.

according to my scales {which are none to reliable} ive put on three pound which im blaming my periods for{i hope} and maybe will dissapear for tomorrows weigh in

Carol, you did well to maintain i think you need to change "i will lose it in 2003" though

it reminds me of a sticker i have on one of my binders which started off at "make 2000 the year that YOU lose weight for good" i have since changed it to 2004!!

I had three healthy extra B choices today Grr I hate it when I do that. Had to count one as 7 syns.

I always want more "b" choices Veg but i have a hard time using the "a" ones unless i have cereal for brekky

Cereal is B A is milk and cheese.

Veggie i knew i should have added "cos then i use MILK from A" if i don't have cereal then i don't use "A's" very often thats what i meant to say

you cheer you deserve it and why dont you want to be on page three? i think we should do a calander girls shot with us all it would cure depression in a moment and just think if they put it up in the jail it would end crime so wed be doing our bit for humanity
