Beeps if you can stay steady or keep losing a tiny bit and still feel unrestrained through summer that will be a big achievement. Nice to hear you appreciate what you've already achieved! Nice size-loss too. That's something I've never done this journey is measure myself.
We've got another 4 weeks ish technically till this challenge ends, so would be good if we all check in around 21st June when the final day is supposed to be and reminisce on how we've gone then!

After a super-whoosh this last 5 days, I've now really done all the losing I need to do, but haven't quite got my head around how to change my habits to experiment with maintenance mode. Not that I don't want to eat more, just that i'm comfortable doing what i'm doing and scared that if I start to eat more i'll want to eat more and more and more...……….
