When you're young, it's hard not to go out on the weekends and drink socially with friends. I don't think you should trade in the friends, lol, but maybe plan beforehand to switch over to water after a certain number of drinks. Plus, drinking water after drinking alcohol will help you avoid a hangover since hangovers are caused by dehydration!

EnolaAlone, it's definitely a natural fluctuation since you've been on plan. You're doing great!

But I have to admit, that is exactly why I cannot weigh only once a week. I've tried at different times and I was always so disappointed when I had waited all week and the scale was up on that one weigh-in day because of water weight. Weighing each day, I can see the daily fluctuations and they don't bother me. Somehow it works for me!
