    Jacqui, I'm so sorry to hear you've been sick, it's the pits. I've been in the same boat. Last night I had a fever & start of tremendous cold after two weeks of sinus & tummy troubles ----when will it end? I'll include you in my healing prayers.

  • workinglikeadog Here is what I eat and exercise on a typical day. I just upped my calories from 1560 to 1800 because I was losing weight really quickly. I exercise A LOT. Up to 3 h per day (I know I am little insane with it) with one rest day per week. Last month I exercised 64 hours total. My intensity is high, I sweat profusely whilst exercising. When I lift I lift in a circuit format for 45 minutes going from one machine to another without a break between.

    My yesterday;
    Meals

    B -Orange, egg and green tea
    L- Smoked salmon, cream cheese, flackers
    D - Big salad w/ chicken, feta and veggies
    S - Apple, almonds and plain greek yogurt
    Total cals 1770

    Exercise
    4.7 mile treadmill 60 min, swim 45 min, step aerobics 60 min

    Feb 1st Stayed under calories but did eat my exercise calories.
    Feb 2nd Stayed under calories. Did not eat exercise calories. No food after 7pm.
    Feb 3rd Slightly over calories 1786. Did not eat after 7pm. Did have black decaf tea. But I did that and still lost today.
    Feb 4th: 211.0lbs. No food after 7pm, had white tea
    FEb 5: 209.2 no food after 7 pm. Had black tea.
    Feb 6: 208.2 no food after 7. Water only.

    Hi guys

    today is my weigh-in day - and I'd lie if I said I wasn't disappointed. I was eating on plan and back into exercising this week, so really, even this little gain is dumb. Well - on to the next week, I guess.
    On a happy note: I think my legs are back to normal the weather was gorgeous yesterday, and I couldn't wait to go run after my AM study session. So I went 2 rounds - 6k longer than I ever ran before, and going for 2h straight without break. Can't do that everyday, but puts me in a positive mindset for my half-marathon. I can totally do it!

    boatingmommy I am always looking for new video workouts, so I'll look into Turbo Jam. I think Jillian Michaels has new workouts, too, I loved Shred and Ripped.

  • Dim Sum lunch yesterday, many dumplings and lots of salt. I forgot the trick I had used last time I went to Dim Sum which was to have a snack of fruit before going to ease the hunger. Ah well, had a good workout and otherwise ate well. Planning a low key on plan weekend. Happy Friday everyone!!!

    183StGB Way to go with your long run. I have found that even if i'm regularly exercising and eating on plan, i don't really lose as much as when i am also running. I'm sure your next weigh in will be a happier one now that you are back to your runs.

    Things going really well this week - mixed up my exercise a bit and stuck on plan. Getting closer to losing my Xmas weight (10lbs!) - only 3lbs to go

    I'm on it right now because I know I've got a few challenges ahead - away next weekend and the one after. Lots of temptation heading my way.
