    I have been a bit hungrier with my diet in the past few days, but it's probably due to a combination of not enough breakfast or not enough lunch, plus colder weather. Also, some cravings for some specific carbs, but I think it's mainly because I remember how tasty they were (and eating gluten free makes me unable to eat them).

    Between today and tomorrow, I will be buying dried egg whites, so I can have some protein at night (mixing it with my soup). Also, gluten free crackers (there is a good store near to a place I have to go every month). Won't be having them every day, but I think that a few days in the month will be enough to have my cravings under control).

    I overslept for the gym, though, so I am going to be skipping the second bus I need to take and walk (like 15 streets or something like that).

    Apparently, my family is still impressed with my weight lost and my look on Tuesday (also, complimented my make up, which is shown in the picture).

    crazygurl, don't worry too much about the scale going up a little. You had a huge drop the week before & sometimes I get a little spike up right before a big drop. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

    tlbrwn, hope your ankle is better. It's hard when you can't work out like you want to, but heck you did great on your vacation. Those adult beverages are a killer to any diet.

    Went shopping yesterday and got really pretty things ^^ Not having to look for the biggest trousers felt so great!

    So yay, that's 22 pounds since I started my diet in March, and 7 since the challenge started I seem to be doing slower than other times, but I am happy with that! (especially considering periods of sickness).

  • Well, maintenance is over and I am back to losing (o: I did surprisingly well at maintaining, and got the ok to start losing last week. So far I am down 4.8 lbs this week. On paper this period of weightloss has started very much like my first one. The difference being my mindset. I am not having any any difficulty following the very strict diet. Last time I had serious cravings for EVERYTHING that I wasn't allowed to have. This time I am perfectly happy with what I am allowed.

  • Well I haven't been a good girl the last few days. Parties and baptisms and food and more food. Was gone most. Of the day but managed to bike a mile. I walked 2 miles yesterday and Friday too. The scale was up 3 pounds but even though eating wasn't the best I don't think it was that bad so I have a feeling that I may be retaining water as well as tom should be arriving. Gettingback on the wagon.
