  • Been OP today and feeling good. I'll report in tomorrow for the final result. Based on the scale tonight it won't be pretty tomorrow, but I know at least I ended the month well. February will be another step in the right direction.
  • Today is the big day. Weighed in this morning at 150!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant believe it. Now I reset my goal to 145. That should be about right for me. So feb goal is to loose 5 pounds. Doing the happy dance

    Ah, well progress is progress I guess....did not make my goal of 238, am at a final tally of 243. I lost 5 lbs out of my 10. I'll survive with that. Time for a new month! I'm waiting on my TOM so that might have made a bit of difference on the scale today.

    Anyway, congrats to you ladies who made goal this month.....if you're still working on things I'll see you in the next thread...as for those who haven't made goal...eh... it happens....progress is important though....lets try again in February!
  • Well it is TOM time and I refuse to get oin the scale so I'm going with 5lbs down for jan and I'll weigh in next week for feb's first weigh in on the new thread. Last month I managed to workout almost everyday during TOM so I'm going to try getting in as many workouts as I can and we'll see how the weeks goes.
