Well, I had stalled there for a bit, even though I stayed OP. But finally the number has dropped and I'm down to 165.5 I doubt I'll hit my ambitious goal of 150 by the end of July (I originally meant to type it in as 158!) but I want to see how close I can come!
We have a mini-vacation to Vienna this weekend. We generally park the car in one place and then catch the subway and do a crazy amount of walking. So no worries in me getting in my exercise this weekend! I did take a break yesterday (I wasn't feeling well and actually ended up in the emergency room), but I'm going to exercise today and the rest of the week won't be a problem.

Do you get tired of working out? Does it feel like too much effort? And if so, how do you get past it?
I did until I started switching up my workouts. I was doing running/walking on the trail behind my house. Sometimes, I didn't feel like going up those two big hills... sometimes I couldn't even convince myself to go outside and walk at a more leisurely pace. I just didn't feel like leaving the house. So I started doing Dance Dance Revolution on the Wii, which kicks my butt, at the right intensity. Sometimes if I'm feeling sporty, I'll run/walk and Wii. But if I'm not feeling that hardcore at least I have options.
Making myself committed to exercise over the past 6 weeks or so has paid off. Now it feels more like habit that I
want to maintain.
I think I will find one more exercise option to help keep things interesting for me.
