    Welcome across the border, envelope!
  • finally back to normal, seen 186 flash on my scale this mornin!

    WELCOME ROSINANTE!
  • 189.0 again. I shouldn't be disappointed and I'm not. Really. A bit surprised, though, because my ankles, barometers of fluid retention, which have been up all week as my weight came down, are bony and water-free this morning, so I was expecting a whoosh. Funny thing, the human body.
  • I am still, alas, hovering at 187. Was hoping to see a little movement, but no dice. Pretty proud of myself for surviving the two catered days of strategic planning at my institution without damage, though.
  • 189.6 this morning. I was not sure what to expect, my stomach was pretty upset most of the day and I know I did not get in as much water as I should.
  • Maybe if I keep popping in here I can join eventually? Frustrated but determined.
  • 188.9. Drip, drip, drip.
  • 186.6!
  • 188.9 still.
  • 188.0

Phew. Finally got far enough away from the 190 border!
  • 187....
  • Ok, I had another day of 189 so I am claiming 180s......... or at least one foot in the 180s. I know with my daily fluctuations that I will see the 190s again. But for now, I am happy claiming the 180s!

Just thought that I would pop in over here to say that I got to the 180s. I won't be here daily because I lose so slowly that watching for 179 could get frustrating. I will be back when I hit 184 or 185!
  • 189.8 again, my body and my scale seem to really like this number. Oh well, they will just have to get over it and find a new (lower) number to like.
  • I keep bouncing between 188 and 190---yikes, really need to kick things up when school starts!!!
  • Hi, new ones!
