Sadly my meal and exercise plan has been a bit off these past few days. I just started working at a retail store, and I'm on my feet for at least 6 hours a day with no break. I'm on the fat smash diet, so i've been eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day (every 3ish hours) so this is really screwing me up
To make matters worse, I'm so tired of being on my feet after work that I'm struggling to do my usual 40 mins on the treadmill. Who knew being employed would cause so many problems!
Hopefully all of us on the brink will make it there soon!
