    Sadly my meal and exercise plan has been a bit off these past few days. I just started working at a retail store, and I'm on my feet for at least 6 hours a day with no break. I'm on the fat smash diet, so i've been eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day (every 3ish hours) so this is really screwing me up To make matters worse, I'm so tired of being on my feet after work that I'm struggling to do my usual 40 mins on the treadmill. Who knew being employed would cause so many problems!

    I'm 210.3 as of this morning...so I've just got a little over 10 lbs to go. I'm so excited!
  • Congrats to those of you who are close. You'll be there before you know it! I'm still trying to get under 250 so I can be closer to onederland than the 300s. It's taking foreeeever. The 250s have not been good to me, but I'm still pushing!

    Just remember that you are still getting exercise even if you don't always make it to the treadmill - just think of the amount of steps you take all day at work. Plus after a while, I'm sure you'll get more used to your new schedule, and exercise will fit back in nicely.

    About the eating - they legally HAVE to give you breaks...so take them and eat those snacks!

  • Today, my scale is sitting at 200.8. I have been stuck within five pounds of 200 for over 2 months now. I am so close to Onederland. I just want to make it there. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and my feet moving.

    Wow, so close. I'm at 250.8 so we'll do it together this week, you'll get under 200 and I'll get under 250. It's just 0.9lbs we can do it!

Been stuck at 205 for 2 weeks it wont seem to go away!... haven't been under 200 lbs in probably 3 years... but I've been over 150lbs since I was 16 or so. my goal was to get to at least 180lbs by 24th birthday mid november. We shall see! we'll get to onederland with the support this site offers. I'm pretty pumped.

    I've been stuck between 202 and 204 for the past two weeks! I'm so close, and the scale won't move.
