  • Lauren:
I feel your pain. I'll let you know if shocking my body worked for me.

    Civakas:
Hey, maintenance is an important part of this whole thing, so I say... if you can maintain, with a sort of half-focus on your weight loss efforts, KUDOS!

    And as for me..

I'm 151.0 on the nose this morning! I'm not sad at all to see that I'm not back down to 150.4, I know it'll come. I'm hoping this time it'll come... and GO!!!
  • Hey Ladies!

I am sort of sucking at this whole weight loss thing this week...still at 155.8, so not gaining but not losing...I REALLY need to get my butt running regularly again! Not only was I losing weight, but it totally changes my body shape (less love handles, firmer legs - no cellulite on my outer thighs!)

Jelbb - Good luck! You're SO close!!! Are you working out too or just working on your food right now?
  • Im in! Im at 156, blahh right in the middle, hoping to be out in the next 2-3 weeks. come on 140s!!
  • Hey there chickies!

I just got out of the 160's thread cause I weighed in at 159 yesterday!
So I'm new to this thread and ready to take on the challenge to get out of the 150's. My next mini goal is 150 by september 4th!
    I'll keep you posted!
  • I was bad. I had two pieces of cheese pizza for dinner. I just clocked in an hour on my bike but i still feel bad so I'll probably go and work out to an exercise on demand video.

and congrats KK! Welcome to the thread!!
  • Welcome kk140 and goodday!

loveLauren - don't feel bad about two pieces of cheese pizza! my husband and i just went to the pub for supper and shared - ribs, wings and potato skins...not to mention the 2 pints of strongbow i had!

oh dear...don't even want to weigh myself tomorrow...but ya gotta live too, right?
  • 149.4

On my way out the door and running totally late, but... omigod, omigod, omigod! We'll see if this sticks around in the next few days.
  • Yeah, Jelbb! Always so exciting to get to a new 10!

Goodday - I'm totally jealous that you think you can get out of the 150s in 2-3 weeks! I haven't been able to lose that fast in quite a while....

I'm happy to be at 157.0 today. I lost a whole pound this week, which is exciting I'd really like to be at 155 before my next TOM in a week and a half.
  • Jelbb!!!! - I'm so jealous, but GOOD WORK!
  • Nice work Jelbb!! I'm super jealous but totally proud that you made it.

I weighed in still at 151. although I did go from 151.8 yesterday to 151.6 today. Progress, right??
  • Jelbb- That's fabulous! The 140s thread needs some livening up

  • Jelbb! how amazing!! congrats! So close to your mini goal too!
  • 152

sonofabeach. but it could be worse, I guess. Only one pound for a pint of ice cream, pepsi, medium fries and some tacos, right??
  • 157 this morning and last night but official weigh-in is thursday. It's weird because I went to a wedding on saturday and when I added up the points I felt like i messed up BIGTIME!! I promised myself to do 30DS every day this week as opposed to 4 times to compensate for the wedding but now that I saw the numbers on the scale move down I don't feel like working out anymore
  • Aurora, Skinny, Forest, Lauren, kk140:
    Thanks for the congrats!!!!!

    Forest:
Soooooo needs livening up. It's just like.. you and me in there!

    Lauren:
With all that jazz, it's probably just a ton of water weight you're holding onto. Sodium galore in that stuff! Keep working at it, have some really great OP days, and drink tons of water. You'll be down with me and Forest in NO time!!!

    kk140:
Yay! Yeah, I'm so close to being back at my lowest weight since my second year of university... and even then, I only made it to 147-148... before that... I hadn't been that low since... high school! Grade 12!!
I have that problem too, to be honest. Falling off the wagon as a celebratory thing. It's a REALLY bad habit, and really counter-productive.
What I would say, take it or leave it... is still do the 30DS 4 times, like you normally would. If I make exercise too painful for myself, I'm more likely to fall off the wagon. So, do it as many times as you normally would... but don't force yourself to do a ton more to compensate for ONE off-plan day, you know?

    Aurora:
Let us all know how it goes!!! I hope you make it down to 155 before then!!

    Me:
I think I speak for Forest AND myself when I say... we can't wait to see you all down in the 140s thread, because they don't post NEARLY as obsessively as us ladies do. WE MISS YOU! Which is why we both keep on posting here, hehehe.
Can't wait to see you all down there!

'Specially you Lauren, since you're super super close! Keep working at it!
