    FSP - You're right! It's no fun.

    I whine and moan, but it's not a huge concern, I log every calorie that passes my lips, eat clean and exercise religiously. Five pound fluctuations happen, for no good reason. I'm proud to say I've never 'cheated', not once in the year I've been at this.

    As a daily weigher it's something I have to face. I hope that by sharing the crazy fluctuations it helps to show newer people that it's totally normal, it happens despite our best efforts.

    Between TOM, Asian food and hitting the weights hardcore I've got some retention action going on. Hopefully I'll have something better to report soon.

  • I agree, jeans trump all. I can't wait to wear a size 12. I have a ways to go yet but I see it in my not too distant future.

  • FB: Thank you for sharing that info about fluctuation! I think I am at the same place. Despite eating clean and exercising my butt off..I stay the same. I keep telling myself that it will happen.

  • Hattie I read somewhere and can't remember when that when you are at this standstill change your eating take one day and eat whatever and then intenstify your workouts. I have tried it a time or three and it has worked for me. Still the same but will take it.

  • Glad if the posting the fluctuations help! I've lost all 140 pounds that way, fluctuating and being patient. Well, sort of patient - if your definition of patience is very loose.
