December - One Reason Why I'm Staying on Plan Today-

  • Because I've got goals to meet.
  • I'm on plan today because I want to be.
  • I'm on plan because I want to be in the 250s.
  • I'm staying on plan today because losing the weight means everything to me.
  • The one reason I will stay on my food plan today is that I can't stand the guilt of overeating lately. I 'd rather try and work thru the uncomfortable feelings of not eating everything in sight.
  • I'm on plan because I want to finish the year strong. I don't want to go into 2008 thinking I didn't do everything I could in 2007 to be healthier.
  • I'm staying on plan today because I worked hard to detox from holiday overeating.
  • Because I really must in order to get back down to ticker weight. *sigh*
  • Need to get back down to 230 lb.
  • Because if I don't do it now, I'll never do it, and I'm running out of tomorrows!
  • Because I want to feel more comfortable with myself.
  • I'm staying on plan today because I'm in it for the long haul.

  • Today I will stay on my plan because Wednesday is usually my weigh day - I skipped last Wed. because I was off plan for several days with Christmas and all - I would, however, like to see a loss or at least stay the same. Time will tell - but, staying on my plan will certainly help.
  • To prove somehing to myself. If I can do it today, I can do it tomorrow and all the tomorrows after that till I am at 120!
