Made it to workout class this morning. I wish I'd gone yesterday when I thought I was feeling too depressed to go. It would have done me a lot of good. Did me good this morning anyway!
Beautiful day yesterday, so hubby and I decided to catch the train into the city and WALK to the zoo. Took us 40 mins to get there (pretty fast pace) and 30 to get back, as we stopped early to grab a Subway for lunch. Walked around the zoo for an hour and a half, but definitely not aerobic.
Personal Goal... 450 + 70 = 520/1200 mins for October
11 minutes yesterday and 9 today... I might still do a walk this evening, but I've been doing them right before bed so I'll report that tomorrow if I do.
