  • This morning I looked up what my ideal weight is, not just for my BMI but for my height and frame (because despite getting into the 200's, I am not big-boned. I have a medium frame), and it's 132-147 lbs (and because I weighed that for years, I know that's right). So I went from being 2.5 lbs overweight to 20 lbs overweight, lickety-split! Lol! Oh well!   • Joining late but it has been a rough couple of months. I lost my dad just before Christmas and trying to focus on my goals was not even possible for a little bit there. He is very missed but I am so happy that he was able to live such a full and amazing life. I know that he would want me to be able to do the same and the only way that will be possible is if I make my health a top priority.

    My goal for January is 10 pounds...I have already lost 5 since the beginning of the month but still have 5 to go to meet that goal.
