    No it happened so fast I have been running for a week and have had no time to even touch my computer.
    Everything is good and time to get back on the program and get my mind to happier places, cleaning a house after the out of town guests have left is not my idea of a happy time, but it keeps me busy and is good exercise.

    Thank you all for the prayers. I apologize for my behavior, but I just shut down and did what was needed of me and pushed out all of my friends until I could get myself back together. We have the most fantastic Counselor in the world and yesterdays session I believe has gotten us all back on track.

    I wish to stress the importance to anyone that is struggling through a death, weight loss, or other issue; counseling is not a weakness. It can be a God send.
  • I beat my August goal of 1.7# by losing 1.9#, so for September I am going to try to surpass that and lose 2#. SW 8/31 = 207.8, TW 9/30 = 205.8
