WOW I've not posted since Thursday

I had such a crazy busy weekend that I never had a chance to get on the computer. I took Friday off and at the last minute I decided that I was going to have a party at my house on Sunday evening. I barely ate anything on Fri & Sat and on Sunday I did pretty good. My weight was 213 on Sunday morning but yesterday was a different story

. I over ate yesterday because I didn't feel good. I caught a cold and all I wanted to do yesterday was eat! Today I am right back on track so that I can end May strong. I may not make my 8 pound goal for the month but I will have a loss.
Kim - Congrats to you for getting back on track and taking off the extra weight you gained. I hope you end May strong too.
