) It jump started my weigh loss again. There is a thread called eat-stop-eat...wonderful ladies!! So much info and support. I fast each day 17-19 hours and eat 5-7 hour window. 2 X week I fast 24 hours; dinner to dinner. I think I may have a 5 pound loss for this month because of IF. -- I also love eating big meals, but because I only eat a few hours per day those big meals make me happy and my body shed some weight.
