  • I'm hoping for a good weigh in this Monday, but Mondays seem to be bad. I swear it's purely coincidental, but Mondays are always up a couple pounds from my lows. Still, it causes me to wonder. Sunday is my one day off of exercise. I make sure not to go overboard on calories on Sundays, but still.
  • Hey Eliana - sounds like we've got the same scale schedule. I'm always up on Monday, too. I'm going ahead and changing my ticker so I can add another spinny flower and claim 35 pounds (and because I've consistently weighed in at 176.5 for 3 mornings), but I'm expecting to be up again tomorrow. BTW - I'm amazed at your exercise schedule and that you've been able to maintain it and equally amazed that you recognize limitations and scale back when needed. I think it takes a lot of courage and perseverance to change your exercise and eating plan when you recognize that it's needed. You're doing fantastic!

    I broke the cycle today!

    The exercise IS insane, but I've learned that if I eat first, it's not so bad!
