9/21: 60 min strength
9/22: 60 min bike ride
9/23: 20 min bike to gym, 45 min weights, 90 min bike
9/24: Biked/Walked around DC all afternoon. Will count 60 min
9/25: 30 min Hula Hoop, push ups, sit ups
9/28: 60 min gym

A little low this month. I like to be closer to 2,000. My weight is also up after nearly 2 weeks of vacation and eating too much. I'm kicking it back in gear in October!!!
