i weighed in at 179 this morning




not really sure whats up but super excited to weigh tomorrow morning and see what the verdict is- water retention? tail end of period? constipated? hahahaha what is wrong!!!




On a brighter note, we didn't eat any junky bar food AND managed to drink too much to be able to do the drunken Taco Bell run afterwards
What is it about drinking that makes you crave junk? Is it just me?
. I upped my calories overall and began calorie cycling and down it went. Hopefully this keeps working. According to daily plate I'm not even in maintenance, I'm at lose 1 lb a week and little exercise
Back on track after a bad weekend (that I thought wasn't THAT bad)
